The Photo Shoot Details
Requirements from the client and what to know:
The Birthday photo shoot is will be done at the client’s location.
Photo shoot takes about 6 - 7 hours. (Time may vary for Bachelorette parties)
Clothing and shoes if chosen from your personal collection should be clean, pressed/wrinkle free and ready for the shoot.
Hair should be washed and dried the day before.
Nails should be clean and polished with nude or light color.
The eyebrows should be clean and trimmed.
Get a good night sleep before the shoot.
Deposit to reserve the day is due 3 weeks prior.
Payment in full is due a week prior.
Requirements from the photographer:
A team of professional artists, videographer and the photographer(s) will arrive an hour prior to set up.
Photographer will supply, lighting equipment for studio set up, any other lighting accessories and props for the shoot. Additionally, we will bring make up chairs and tables, hair product and accessories, make-up, fresh flowers, dresses and clothes if chosen from our collection.
Fees
Kids & Teens Photo Shoot Experience - $500 deposit + $3350
Birthday, Anniversaries for Adults - $500 deposit + $3850
Bachelorette Parties - $500 deposit + $4350
Add on Fees
If more than 6 girls attend in the Birthday Party an additional fee $225 per child or teen girl is charged.
If more than 4 boys in the photo shoot- an additional $100 per boy is charged.
If more than 6 women in the Birthday or Anniversary Celebration- an additional $275 is charged.
If more than 7 women in the Bachelorette Party- an additional $275 for each woman is charged.
For the Mother of the Birthday child to get hair and makeup from our stylist an additional $150 for hair and an additional $150 for make-up is charged.
If more than 50 photographs are desired, each additional photograph is $35
Policies
Deposit is not refundable.
Rescheduling is possible in case of an emergency.
No photographing or taking video behind the photographer is allowed when photo shoot is in session.
Feel free to photograph and take videos of your kids or yourself during “the getting ready time”.
Please note:
This is not event photography. This is a well designed and planned fashion photo shoot.
Only photographs of the Celebrating Party are taken.
Complimentary portraits are taken of the Birthday child or teen with her parents and siblings. (An additional 5-7 photographs of the family)
Complimentary photographs of the whole party are taken at the end with the Birthday Cake. (An additional 5-7 photographs of the whole party)
